Addressing an interfaith forum by the Hindu Council of Australia

The Hindu Council of Australia held an interfaith forum on 8 May 2010 in the suburb of Pennant Hills in NSW.
Speakers included:
Uncle Max Harrison representing the Australian Indiginous community.
Rev. Glenda Blakefield The Associate General Secretary of the Uniting Church of Australia
Ranmal Samarawickrama representing the Buddhist religion
Sri Vasudevacharya representing the Hindu religion
and the chairman of the Islamic Friendship Association of Australia Keysar Trad
Bawa Singh Jagdev representing the Sikh religion
Prof. Bijan Samali representing the Bahai religion

THE theme of the program was: the relevance of core values of one's faith for today's multifaith Australian society

The program was chaired by Prof. Raja Jayaraman
